Background Tab

The Background tab displays a list of all of the background layers along with controls to change their visibility settings.

	Layer Visibility On/Off	Click this button to toggle the associated layer's visibility on or off. An open eye symbol indicates that the layer is visible, while a closed eye symbol indicates that it is not visible.
	Move Up/Down	Click the Up arrow to move the layer up in the list or Down to move it down in the list. Layers that are higher on the list are displayed on top of layers that are lower on the list.
	Transparency	This slider controls how transparent the associated layer is, with the default, 0, being totally opaque and 100 being totally transparent.
